BOOKING & PAYMENT
How long in advance should I make my booking request?
We usually have a waiting list of 1 to 2 weeks before your preferred event date at Orbis Sports. For instance, if your party is scheduled for May 18th, odds are it will be fully booked around May 4th.
Because of the excellent quality experience our planners deliver, our events are in high demand. We suggest that you schedule your event as soon as you know the date and time of your occasion.
What is your booking process?
Contact us at (250) 681-1379 or send us an email with the specifics of your rental and any inquiries you might also have.
We will get back to you as soon as possible to ensure our availability and respond to questions you may have. Once you're finished, we'll email you an invoice that you can pay online.
All major credit cards are accepted.
Is there a deposit to reserve?
Yes, a refundable $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder of your payment is required at least two weeks prior to your rental. If you reserve within two weeks of your desired date, full payment is necessary. You can also pay in full at the time of booking.
How do I pay for my rental?
Through our safe and secure online payment system, we take all major credit cards. Checks and cash are also acceptable.

Orbis Sports offers Battle Cage rentals in British Columbia, Alberta and Canada Wide (limited).
GAMEPLAY & RULES
What is the age limit?
Anyone aged 5 and above can participate in Battle Cage.
How many Battle Cage swords should I rent?
Battle Cage is exhausting, and while we allow an infinite number of participants, we usually suggest renting less swords than the amount of individuals and taking turns. Six swords, for instance, can comfortably satisfy 6-12 people each hour. It only takes a minute to switch out players. We've worked with groups of up to 250 people.
Is Battle Cage safe?
The only piece of protective gear needed to play Archery Tag is a protective face mask, which we provide free with all rentals.
Can I play in the snow or rain?
Yes, Battle Cage can be played in the rain and snow.
