BOOKING & PAYMENT
How long in advance should I make my booking request?
We usually have a waiting list of 1 to 2 weeks before your preferred event date at Orbis Sports. For instance, if your party is scheduled for May 18th, odds are it will be fully booked around May 4th.
Because of the excellent quality experience our planners deliver, our events are in high demand. We suggest that you schedule your event as soon as you know the date and time of your occasion.
What is your booking process?
Contact us at (250) 681-1379 or send us an email with the specifics of your rental and any inquiries you might also have.
We will get back to you as soon as possible to ensure our availability and respond to questions you may have. Once you're finished, we'll email you an invoice that you can pay online.
All major credit cards are accepted.
Is there a deposit to reserve?
Yes, a refundable $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder of your payment is required at least two weeks prior to your rental. If you reserve within two weeks of your desired date, full payment is necessary. You can also pay in full at the time of booking.
How do I pay for my rental?
Through our safe and secure online payment system, we take all major credit cards. Checks and cash are also acceptable.
Where can I play laser tag?
Orbis Sports offers Laser Tag rentals in British Columbia, Alberta and Canada Wide (limited).
GAMEPLAY & RULES
What is the age limit?
We provide two kinds of laser tag equipment. Our kid laser tag blasters are suitable for children aged 5 and above. Our Battle Rifle laser tag blasters are suitable for children aged 10 to adults.
How many laser tag guns should I rent?
This is determined by the type of your event and the number of participants you anticipate. The average laser tag game lasts around ten minutes, with four to five games played per hour. We generally recommend leasing enough laser tag equipment for each participant to play during a party.
If you have more people than equipment, you may always lease some of our other games to give the players to do something in between matches.
Is Laser Tag safe?
Absolutely! Between you and everything else is a gentle cushion of air. You wont even feel a thing.
Can I play in the snow or rain?
We can't play Laser Tag if it's raining or snowing. Happily, we have a no-cost rescheduling policy in the case of inclement weather or other situations that prevent us from conducting the rental or are beyond our control. If space is available, we may also transfer your party indoors.
